Do I need planning permission for an extension?
Not always. Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but it depends on the house, its size and any past extensions. We’ll tell you what we think applies at the consultation, and your council has the final say.
Can you help with drawings and planning?
Yes. If you don’t have drawings yet, we work with trusted architects and design partners, and we can advise on planning, costs and building regulations before anything is drawn.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on size, structure and finish, so we don’t guess on the phone. After a free consultation you get a clear, tailored quote in writing, matched to your plans, timescale and budget.
Are you insured?
Yes. Elite Construction is fully insured, and we’re registered with the Federation of Master Builders.
Which areas do you cover?
