Who we are. Elite Construction & Consulting Ltd (company no. 14029179), Unit G, Hove Technology Centre, St Joseph’s Close, Hove BN3 7ES, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@eliteconstruction.uk or 01903 910923.
What we collect
- What you enter in the quote form: name, phone, postcode, email if given, and the project details you choose to share.
- Technical details about how you reached the site, such as an advertising click ID, the page you landed on and the site that referred you. These are stored in your browser and sent with the form so we know which adverts bring enquiries.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote (steps you’ve asked us to take before a contract), and to measure which of our adverts work (our legitimate interest in running the business).
Who else handles it
This website is built and hosted for us by Stevie Morris, who manages our online advertising and processes form data on our behalf. Form emails pass through our email providers. We don’t sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep project records as long as we need them for the work, warranties and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@eliteconstruction.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Fonts and storage
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. Advertising click details are kept in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
