Can you knock through to make an open-plan kitchen?
Usually, yes. If the wall is load-bearing it needs a steel beam, structural calculations and building control sign-off, which we arrange as part of the job.
Do we need to move out?
It depends on the scope. For a kitchen or ground-floor remodel most families stay in. We’ll talk through how the work would be phased at the consultation.
Can you work with our kitchen supplier?
Yes. Tell us who you’re using and we’ll plan the build around their fitting dates.
