The more we have, the tighter the price. Don’t worry if you don’t have all of it yet.
Plans and elevations
Your architect’s drawings, and the specification if there is one.
The decision notice
So we can see the approval and any conditions attached to it.
Engineer’s calculations
If you have them. If not, we can arrange a structural engineer.
